At Loewen META trading, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furnishings. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
